In this video, happiness researcher Robert Waldinger shares three important lessons learned from the study and how to build a full-fledged long life. He talks us about testing among Millennials, people who dream of fame and those few who find happiness in their family.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, everyone wants to provide themselves with the best. Have a good life. But for everyone, this concept has a different meaning. Many people dream of a big house, a car, a yacht. And there's nothing wrong with that:)

ReplyDeleteafter watching this video I took a lot of good for myself, especially the fact that life is short and not worth it to spend on resentment and anger, we have time only to love and appreciate the relationship-a good life is built on good relationships
